Hey friends and family!!!!

I love you all and care for you all so so so much!

 

So last Monday I was able to weigh myself and turns out I have officially lost 40 pounds!! I cannot believe it! I feel so much healthier and so much happier! haha! my suit drowns me now but thats ok haha!

So this week I went to Lima to fix some things with my passport. I slept  In like a hotel with a  huge bed and felt so weird haha! I had like pizza twice and I felt like such a fatty haha! Me and the other elder I was with contacted and tried to talk to some people. it was really fun and I am so glad everything is now perfect with my passport!

We had a lesson with Eugenia who was taught by Landon Smith! She isn't baptized but is working towards marriage so she can get baptized!

It is so fun to serve in an area where another person from Murray served. Everyone here remembers all of the old missionaries that have come and gone. The people love the missionaries.

I love you all so so so so much! I praying for you all everyday!!!! Remember life is sometimes hard, but everything is possible with our Savior Jesus Christ.!!! I love you all!!! have a great week!!!

So this week was the best week of my life!

Monday night I just realized how happy I was in the mission. I felt such peace and such happiness! I testify that this is the work of our Savior and truly we can find much peace and tranquility in the work.

We found 3 new investigators this week. One of them is the dad of Aracely. We had a really good lesson with him and the next day,,,, he went to church! It was so awesome. His wife Marylu went and their kids that aren't members went with Aracely who is a member! It was so awesome to see a whole family of investigators in the Church!

I am so happy out here. I love Chao so much. I think I will leave after this change so that kind of stinks! but thats ok i have loved every minute in Chao!

In church this week i felt the spirit so much! I felt such peace and happiness.I started crying. I love singing the sacrament songs and hymns.  i love participating in the sacrament. I know it is such a powerful and awesome thing we get to do every week.

I love you guys. I testify with everything I am that this is the work of the Lord! I love you all!

Hi friends and family! I love you all so much and I am so grateful for the opportunity that I have to write you and tell you all about my week.

So I love you all. This week we had a goal to find 7 new investigators. We knocked on many doors trying to find new people to teach and also we contacted every reference that we received. I am so thankful for the opportunity that I have to find new investigators. Missionary work all starts with finding new investigators. If we aren't doing this, then we're not progressing in the work.

We talked to Lucy about the Book of Mormon a couple of weeks back. Her two kids are less actives. She said she didn't believe in the Book of Mormon, so we went back yesterday and talked again about families being eternal and told her our message about the Book of Mormon and if she accepts it, can help towards reaching a goal of a eternal family. She prayed to end the lesson and asked God that he would help her understand the Book of Mormon. It was such a good lesson!. she was showing her faith by praying and asking God for help. It was awesome!!!!!

I hope you all remember to read the Book of Mormon. I am now in Ether in spanish and I love it so much. I could read the Book of Mormon every second but I cant because I have to teach but that is okay becuae I get to teach every week about the Book of Mormon!!

"Conference was absolutely amazing"

So hi everyone., I love you all so much and I hope that everyone is happy and had the opportunity to receive many answers from the words of the prophet and his apostles. I love you all so so so much and I hope all is well.

We were in Viru all day Saturday and Sunday. We didnt have time to proselyte because we were watching General Conference.

I honestly loved General Conference more than any other conference that has ever been on. It was something so amazing and so special.  I loved the talk of Jeffrey R Holland that said just dont quit. dont give up. Have faith and patience in the Lord.

I love how one of the 70 said To be worthy doesnt mean to be perfect.. I love that phrase so much. We dont have to be perfect in this life. We just try and dont give up. We have faith and hope in the Atonement of our Savior Jesus Christ.

I loved the talk about how our Savior keeps his wounds and marks after the resurrection because he loves us so much. He doesnt want to forget what he has done for us. He loves us so so so much.

We got to eat burrtios and I think I ate 7 or 8 hahaha. Hermana Whitney the Senior missionary made it hahaha!!!

I testify and sustain Thomas S Monson as a prophet of God. I know he guides us in these latter days!!!

"The Change is Over"

Well change is now done  and we are almost in April. I cannot believe how fast that this is going!

This week I had an interchange with a latine named Elder Choque. He is a great missionary and we laugh together all of the time. He and I found a new investigator named Vilma. She didnt want to pray to end the lesson so Elder Choque prayed to give her an example and then she said a prayer. She started crying. It was such a cool experience. I love her so much and I hope we can see her progress and follow the example of Jesus Christ and be baptized.

We have been teaching a family for much time about the temple. Viviana and Gian Franco have been members for a long time but were never sealed. They are entering April 8th and I get to go! It will be my first sealing that I have ever witnessed and I just love this family so much. The temple is such a blesssing to me. I love the temple so much and testify to all of you that it is the House of the Lord.

I love yo all so so so much and I hope all is good. I love you all!
